Masala 910 began in 1999 with a single obsession: to cook real authentic Punjabi cuisine, the way it is cooked at home. No shortcuts, no compromises. Just tandoor fire, hand-ground spices and recipes carried across generations.
More than twenty-five years later, The Avenue is our table for Ilford. A place where the karahi sizzles behind the bar, the naan comes out blistered and the air smells of cumin, ghee and woodsmoke. From Jalandhari karahis to Amritsari tikka, every dish is quintessential Punjabi cuisine, rooted in a specific corner of Punjab and cooked with the care it deserves.
